Concept

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction projects and urban development. It involves pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that would be difficult to undertake individually.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are channelled into a specific project. After the works are completed and the targets are met, the profit is distributed proportionally among all participants.
This model allows people with small amounts of capital to invest in large projects such as residential buildings, residential complexes or the renovation of existing buildings — something that is becoming increasingly relevant in the context of urban development in Croatia.
Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the prerogative of large investors or investment funds: today anyone can take part.
How it works
You choose the project that interests you most, decide the amount you want to invest and follow the progress of the works through the platform. When the project is completed, you receive your share of the profit.
