These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website orlyxis.com, operated by Orlyxis d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Tax ID (OIB): 47382916054. By accessing the website you accept these Terms.

1. Subject and scope

Orlyxis.com is an informational portal where Orlyxis presents its real estate crowdfunding activity. The content of the website does not constitute an offer, investment advice or an invitation to enter into a contract.

2. Regulatory note

Orlyxis d.o.o. is registered as a crowdfunding service provider with the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503. Detailed conditions for each offering and the Key Investment Information Sheet are available only in the protected part of the platform after completed registration and suitability assessment.

3. Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos, trademarks and source code on this site are owned by Orlyxis d.o.o. or used under licence. Reproduction is allowed only with our prior written consent.

4. Liability

Orlyxis makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the site accurate and up to date but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site is excluded.

5. Investment risk

Investing in real estate crowdfunding projects is not equivalent to a bank deposit and is not covered by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme. There is a risk of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

7. Changes to the Terms

Orlyxis reserves the right to amend these Terms. The currently effective version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
